Building on the success of M&V analysis and reporting since 1999, we have extended our services into ongoing M&V programs for a number of clients in the post-secondary, institutional and provide sector.
Monitoring Based Commissioning (MBCx) and Ongoing Commissioning
Our combination of 20 years of experience in commissioning along with over a decade of experience in M&V to provide Monitoring Based Commissioning services.
Options include leveraging our in-house Energy Management Information System (EMIS) software or working with a client’s existing BAS or other measurement data collection as the basis for MBCx analysis and reporting. In either option, our approach to MBCx focuses on coaching and consultation with energy managers, facility managers, O&M personnel, and control technicians to ensure that reports are understood by all parties, and concrete actionable implementation plans are created and followed through on.
